We can accommodate returns of merchandise within the Philippines. To receive a full refund, please return the merchandise within 15 business days of receipt. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the undesired items for a VOUCHER CODE equivalent of the retail price of the item and place a new order on our website.
Only FULL-PRICED merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale items or any items purchased with promotional codes are eligible for store credit only. NO REFUNDS offered for SALE items.
At Sirena PH, we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.
Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered, or damaged merchandise. Depending upon the extent of handling required on our part, we may need to impose a P1,500.00 handling fee for these types of non-compliant returns.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund or voucher for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping and handling fees, if it is within the 15-day time frame. You will receive an email notification to verify these transactions.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Sirena PH is NOT liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below:
1. Email us at email@example.com to notify us of your return request and quote your order number. You must let us know the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
2. Once your request is approved, please send the item/s you wish to return via a reputable courier like LBC, Xend, or Air21 to:

3. Once sent, please email firstname.lastname@example.org the shipment tracking number so we can expect to receive your returns. Please note that items received outside of the specified time period will not be accepted.
4. When we receive your returns, we will inspect the item(s). Once cleared, we will send you your VOUCHER CODE so you may order your exchange item(s) or begin to process your refund.
