Orders & Shipping

How do I order a Sirena suit?

Simply browse our website, put the items you want (carefully select the size, top or bottom or set, color) in your cart, and pay at the checkout. It will ask you to pay through Bank Deposit or PayPal / Credit Card.

What is your shipping policy? How long do they take?

All of our packages ship through LBC’s XPOST and are delivered within Metro Manila in 1-2 days after it’s picked up from us. Shipments to provinces are 2-4 days, depending on location / seasonality / other variables that may affect delivery.

How will I know when my order is shipped? How do I track it?

After your payment is confirmed, suit will be picked up the next day due to scheduling of parcels from the Sirena HQ. Once it’s picked up by XPOST, we will send you a tracking number that you can input in www.xpost.ph to see the status of your order.

Can we order through Instagram?

Unfortunately we don’t accept orders this way and it’s simply because we want everything organized and properly stored in our system. It will also be easier and better for you to track your order, select suits and sizing, plus it won’t get lost in the many messages we receive in our Instagram inbox!

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the Philippines! Don’t worry though, we’re working on international options already!

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All returned suits must be received within 30 days of the delivery date in unused, good  condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

When can I expect my refund after I make a return?

We process returns and refunds as soon as we get the merchandise back from you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.

What if my swimsuits are damaged or incorrect?

Though we really double check the products before sending them out, if this happens, simply email us at sirenaswimwearph@gmail.com with your name, order number and images of the product, and we’ll go from there.


Product & Sizing

How do I know if I’m ordering the right size?

Due to the variations in fabric and size, we have different sizes for the different styles. Though they’re not too big or different, we will start putting the specific size charts PER design. So you can simply check it in the product page of the item you’re looking at.

Do your suits run true to size?

It’s safe to go with your usual swimsuit size, but double check our size chart in the product page as a reference.

How do I wash my swimsuits?

We recommend hand washing your suit by itself with cold water and a gentle soap. Do not soak, just a quick wash will do! Hang dry to keep your suit looking as good as new. Do not pack wet suits among other garments.

How will I know when new products / promos are available?
